
Plans to redevelop the site of the Museum of London, and a nearby office block, re-awaken an old argument for the City of London.
The London Wall West site is on the edge of the Barbican Estate, and it is just over 50 years since the City faced a development decision at the heart of the estate. Both then and today the issue is about Culture or Money.
